Business conditions remained “very weak” in the business of housing design, Chief Economist of the American Institute of Architects reports in his review in the third quarter.
“One of the positive signs that some of the backlogs have edged part recently,” said Kermit Baker. “But at present all major housing development sector remains in decline, with the second and vacation homes are assessed as the weakest.
